Return & Refund

We are committed to making your shopping easy and fuss-free. Please ensure that you have acknowledged, understood and have agreed to abide and adhere to the following policy before making a purchase with us.

1. Making a Purchase & Cancellation

All orders made through Glamorousetc.com are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being placed and processed.

We are not able to amend or combine orders that are made separately. Please ensure that the item, colour, size, quantity and address are correct before making full payment.

2. Return, Exchange & Refund

Our return policy is only applicable for defective and damaged items caused by our side. 

We do not provide refunds. You can only exchange the defect or damage to the same product within 3 days of receiving the goods provided it is UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, and condition with all TAG ATTACHED.

No refund is allowed if the unclaimed parcel returned to us. All shipping charges will be borne by the customer in order to have it posted out again.

3. Sizing & Colours

Sizes of items vary from design to design. Please check the outlined measurements given in the description for more information. Please note that there may be a 0.5-1 inch difference in given measurements. Items that vary within this range will not be accepted as defects.

Please note that there may be a variance in the colour of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. We portray all items as accurately as possible. Returns due to colour variances will not be accepted.

4. Sale Items

Items purchased during our Sale period are final. All sale and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We do not accept return, refund & exchange on any sales items purchased during our sale period.
